How a job moves through our workshop

Brief → CAD (Computer-Aided Design) → first print → batch → ship. Same five steps, every time.

Every case above started with a brief and ended with a shipped part. The cards show what the part was; the strip below shows what happened between those two points. The same process builds scale models for architects and developers — planning, presentation and marketing-suite pieces, including models with separable components.

From concept to an engineered model — with tolerances, wall thicknesses and a print-ready build orientation.

First print + review

One unit, signed off in person or by photo, before the run starts.

Tolerance held part-to-part. Post-processed, finished, packed.

STEP 5

Shipped

DPD next-day across the UK. Repeat orders skip Step 2.
