3D Printing Express Ltd (Companies House 16539272) takes your privacy seriously. We only collect personal data you give us directly (name, email, phone, file uploads) for the purpose of quoting and delivering printing services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit via the quote form (name, email, phone).
- Files you upload for quoting (STL, STEP, photos).
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser, referrer) for security and analytics.
- Cookies set by Google Analytics (anonymised) — see our Cookies page.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are retained for 24 months. Uploaded files are deleted 90 days after the job ships or 90 days after a quote is declined, whichever is sooner.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Email hello@3dprintingexpress.co.uk with the subject “GDPR request” and we will respond within 30 days.
