London's major venues, ExCeL, Olympia and The O2, require fire-rated materials for anything built on the stand, and they check the spec. Standard PLA and PETG won't pass. We print venue pieces in UL94 V-0 flame-retardant grades and cross-reference each venue's specification before we quote, so the piece clears health and safety on the day.
For the engineering side, prototypes, jigs and enclosures, carbon-fibre PA12 (PA12-CF) is a chopped-fibre composite that prints on FDM and delivers tensile strengths around 95 MPa. Between fire-rated grades for the show floor and composites for the workshop, the material choice matters before the geometry.

London is the UK's capital of exhibitions, events and creative work, and that is where much of this work goes. We build stands, props and activation pieces for venues including ExCeL, Olympia and The O2, among them a life-size F1 simulator we built and installed on an exhibition stand at a London venue. Large pieces are printed in sections, bonded and finished, and we have built pieces up to 4 metres. Our work for Chopova Lowena has featured in Vogue.
It isn't only events. London clients include the luxury footwear label Nicholas Kirkwood, for resin-printed shoe moulds; String Furniture, for shelving brackets; and The Green Oche, for a batch of darts training aids. Product teams send prototypes and enclosures in PA12-CF and other engineering grades, and students at London's art and design schools get a 10% student discount.
Agencies can open a trade account and pay against a purchase order, and regular work can run on a monthly retainer with an agreed minimum and a lower unit rate. We sign NDAs before you send the file.

Five things that make the quote faster and the first print right. If one is missing we'll ask, but the more the brief says, the sooner the part is on its way to you.
Say where it lives and what it carries: "a fire-rated panel for a stand at ExCeL" or "a bracket holding a 200g PCB". Load, environment and tolerance follow from that.
STEP or STL is quickest. A sketch, scan or photo of a broken part works too; we model it in-house if there is no CAD.
One prototype, ten iterations, a hundred for a launch or a thousand-unit run. Quantity changes the print strategy and the unit price; 50+ units get batch pricing.

Price is set by three things: material cost, print time, and any post-processing you need. Delivery is free, so it adds nothing. The minimum order is £50 (£100 for resin) with no minimum quantity, and we are not VAT registered, so the price we quote is the price you pay.
PLA is the cheapest. PETG, ABS and ASA sit in the middle. Fire-rated and carbon-fibre grades cost more per gram, and they are what venue pieces and structural parts need.
Small parts under 100g typically print in 2-6 hours. Large exhibition pieces take longer and are printed in sections, which is also how we keep big builds on schedule.
Support removal and a basic finish are included. Sanding, painting, colour matching and assembly are separate lines, so you only pay for the finish you choose.
From 50 units the unit price drops as plates are filled and orientation is optimised. Ask for a 10-unit pilot price alongside the full run.
