Quoting
Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Prices may change if your design, quantity, or material changes after quoting.
Files & IP
You retain ownership of all files and designs you submit. We will not share, reproduce, or use your files outside of fulfilling your order. Files are stored in the UK and not subcontracted offshore.
Production & delivery
Lead times are estimates given on the quote. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates unless agreed in writing. Risk transfers to the buyer on dispatch.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on each quote. Late payment may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
