Pebbl Innovations started as an engineering project at the University of Bristol and won the university's New Enterprise Competition. Its product is a magnetic, stackable cable organiser. Injection moulding it would have meant around £35,000 of tooling before a single sale.
We became Pebbl's production department instead: we made the design reliable to print, calibrated each colourway to a quality benchmark agreed with the team, and now print, assemble, pack and ship each batch. In July 2026 we also produced Pebbl units for an order placed on a University of Bristol purchase order.

Lead time depends on size, material and finish. Runs of 50 or more units get batch pricing in the quote, and free next-day delivery covers the whole UK.

A prototype for a design review can go out as printed. A prop, a display piece or a product your customers will hold needs more: we sand, prime, paint and colour match, and vapour smoothing is available on request.
The material decides which finishes are possible. Vapour smoothing works on ABS and ASA, not on nylon, PLA or PETG, so a part that must be smoothed and live outdoors is printed in ASA. Tell us where the part will live and what it has to survive, and the quote names a material that suits both.
Parts that meet water can take an epoxy sealing overcoat. We never print food-contact parts: food work goes through a printed master and a food-safe mould.
