Case study · Event activation

100 cocktail-moon centrepieces for a Grey Goose activation.

A Bruff Drinks brand activation needed a hero centrepiece that landed on camera and survived a live event floor. We designed and 3D printed a hundred of them, and had them on the venue table inside two weeks.

The client

Bruff Drinks Agency.

Bruff Drinks is a creative drinks agency working out of Yorkshire and London, specialising in concept creation, drink design, tailored training programmes and luxury events. Their events team builds pop-up bars, brand activations and festival experiences from first concept through to on-site execution, so when a Grey Goose activation needed a hero centrepiece made real, they came to us for the build.

The brief

A centrepiece that photographs beautifully and holds up on a live floor.

The activation needed a run of identical hero pieces: a celestial "cocktail moon", striking enough to anchor the press photography, and consistent enough that every guest table looked the part. With a fixed event date, the real constraint wasn't the design. It was the deadline.

What we made

One hundred matched cocktail-moons, deployed live with a dry-ice pour.

We produced 100 cocktail-moon centrepieces as a single matched run, finished for camera. On the night they were deployed live with a dry-ice drink pour and photographed across the event press. One design, a hundred identical pieces, on the table for the date.
